The Yarmouth County Museum and Archives is an award winning museum with well over 20 000 artifacts that document Yarmouth County's history and heritage. Our archives is dedicated to the preservation and cataloguing of documents, photographs and other sources that detail the history of Yarmouth County. With more than 25 000 photographs, a research library, thousands of documents on genealogy, businesses and more, it’s no wonder the Yarmouth County Archives is the largest non-institutional archives in Nova Scotia!
